The developpers and supports such as Iconventures, USV, Costano ventures, altoventures and all ventures. But the content on Quizlet can be made by students and teachers themselves as a personalized content, sometimes in exchange of a subscription.

Both students and teachers beneficiate from Quizlet: teachers: in exchange of paying a subscription $32/year, they can create their own personalized quizzes and classes and follow their students results. And students:

Users are mostly stutdents but also teachers as they can motore and analyse their students activities.

What is the need for this project to be?

Quizlet aims at increasing students performance and prepare them for their finale exams (90% of students have seen their grade increase) in an accesible and easy way while getting closer to teachers expectations. It's also a gain of time for teachers as a matter of fact they can easely and quicky create their course content with quizlet's suggestions.

Quizlet provides teachers with an interractive way of teach and therefore making more enjoyable and easy for students to learn.

What are the main technologies involved?

A study website that uses flashcards to teach, Quizlet Flashcards has over seven million flashcard sets and about two million registered users. The Quizlet API allows programmers to utilize Quizlet's more than two hundred million flashcards database which covers virtually every subject. The API allows users to download, scan, submit, and modify flashcard sets, scan for definitions, create, update, and enter groups, mark sets as favorites, and more.
